3. No cancellation allowed after reservation made. Full package rates apply if cancellation made before departure or in the events of 'No Show'. No refund or postpne for unutilised room and coach
4. Allotment at FWH (Deluxe) & RH (Deluxe) is GUARANTEED and Pre-payment basis, once HAA booked considered confirmed and full payment required
5. PZ (44 seater) coach transfer to Johor / Tuas(2nd Link) Custom whenever necessary
6. First World & Resort Hotel are equipped with 2 Super Single Beds only. C/in time: 1500hr & C/Out time: 1200hr
